Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and overseeing configuration changes in a large global company.

In this role, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Process Experts, and Oracle Operation & Optimization teams to deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in relevant Oracle domains. You will also work on configuration changes as assigned and contribute to Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and functional design workshops.

Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation of configuration changes for CI projects, including deployment guides and/or Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) for knowledge transfer to vendors and Global Service Desk (GSD). You will also review proposed configuration changes designed by third-party vendors and work with them to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of proven hands-on experience with at least 3 projects as an Oracle Projects Portfolio Management SME/Consultant. You should also have demonstrated experience in successfully delivering and/or overseeing configuration changes in a large global company.

Achieving excellence in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Requirements:
