Service Delivery Manager

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the service portfolio, overseeing technical, commercial and account receivable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service maintenance systems and processes to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Set and achieve targets in line with annual plans and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to area service managers to improve area performance.
  • Manage inventory, spares availability, material consumption and SL/DSL management.
  • Lead business planning, forecasting, manpower planning and regular meetings with service area managers, field supervisors and service sales teams.
  • Implement 3 absolutes of EH, S, Quality and Business Ethics across the service portfolio.
  • Analyze monthly service operation reports to identify areas for improvement and new initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of safety and high standard of ethical behavior.
  • Drive repair business growth, bookings and sales through effective service portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills, effective communication, analytical ability, problem-solving and tactical prowess.
  • Experience in elevator background or similar industry with field operational experience in service business involving high volumes.
  • Bachelor's degree with 15-20 years of relevant experience.
