Program Manager Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of central programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage governance and execution of learning programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Track program performance and maintain relevant documentation to support future program development.
  • Support strategic initiatives including capability building, leadership development, and innovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and audit requirements to protect the organization's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and presentations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex ideas simply.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to own and drive programs independently to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities to secure buy-in and resources from key stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset to continuously improve and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions to drive informed decision-making.
