We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Specialist to deliver world-class digital transformation services.
The ideal candidate will manage service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
They will design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
Responsibilities include implementing Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules, as well as supporting PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and ensuring compliance is also crucial.
Requirements:8–10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules are required.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders are necessary.
Additionally, willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support is expected.
