Business Transformation Lead

  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and convince colleagues and external stakeholders.

  • Highly resourceful with outstanding problem-solving skills, able to drive innovative approaches to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Change management credentials, including experience leading people through change journeys.

  • Relevant program management qualification: MSP/PMI/APM or equivalent.
