  • Support the development of business process maps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for management dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Evaluate new technology platforms and prepare business cases for implementation.
  • Track project progress, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and SOPs for management and team communication.
  • Coordinate with teams during system rollouts, incentives, or policy implementations.
  • Provide analytical and operational support to senior business analysts.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, economics, data analytics, IT, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions.
  • Prior experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
