Job Title: Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our transition projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple waves and tracks, executing projects from initiation to closure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage active transitions as assigned
  • Act as the customer's single point of contact for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates
  • Support the project as the first escalation point for internal and customer issues
  • Drive governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transition team
  • Participate in assessments to gauge the training needs of the team
  • Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Participate in creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and other pre-sales support
  • Identify and define business cases, define project tasks and resource requirements, develop detailed project charters, project plans, and transition plans
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation
  • Optimize the transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, retain/improve quality
  • Responsible for risk management, understanding business and operational risks, developing and executing mitigation plans, driving process-specific business continuity planning
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, requisite approvals on Clarity
  • Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects, support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations, and sales cycles

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in BPO/BPM

Candidate criteria: Preferably from BPO/BPM background only

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
