Job Description:The role of a Salesforce Administrator involves designing, migrating and managing the new Salesforce.com platform. Responsibilities include creating and managing custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and dashboards.
Key tasks include conducting data quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training and support.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to create and manage dashboards effectively.
- Experience in Salesforce.com Administration and managing validation rules is essential for this role.
- Admin knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing modules is also required.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and end-users.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred but not required.
If you have Salesforce Administrator certification, it is considered an asset.
