UI/UX & Visual Designer — Associate

We're looking for a designer who can think in systems, execute with speed, and deliver work that makes people stop and take notice. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, digital design, and user experience — with the opportunity to shape multiple fast-growing brands from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Brand & Visual Design

  • Translate briefs into high-impact campaigns, ads, and digital creatives.
  • Create clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Build brand systems that communicate value and elevate perception.

UI/UX Design

  • Design intuitive, user-first interfaces for web and mobile.
  • Own the full cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design.
  • Consider edge cases, responsiveness, and seamless user flows.

Agile & AI-Enhanced Workflow

  • Work in rapid cycles: design, ship, learn, refine.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, generative image platforms, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate ideation and asset creation.
  • Bonus: ability to generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates both brand design and UI/UX capability.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools.
  • Ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web).
  • A bias toward action, with a hunger to improve every day.
