UI/UX Creative Lead

As a UI/UX Creative Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading high-performing UI/UX teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Creating and presenting design concepts and prototypes
  • Evaluating and refining designs based on user feedback and performance metrics

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Experience with design systems and collaboration tools like Slack or Trello
