About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong design expertise and leadership potential. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of end-to-end design processes, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of web and mobile applications from concept to launch.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with product requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to improve product usability.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end design for complex digital products.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work (mandatory).

Good to Have

  • Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
