User Experience Design Opportunity

This role focuses on creating impactful and seamless user experiences for our customers. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and design solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop and implement UX design process and Lean UX methodologies
  • Communicate design decisions and progress to stakeholders through facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field with 6-8 years of experience
  • Experience in interaction design for web and mobile applications
  • Hands-on expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
  • Proficiency in UX design process and Lean UX methodologies
  • Certifications in Interaction Design, UX design, or Human-computer Interaction are an advantage
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment
