The Role: Executive Assistant with HR Experience
Job Summary:
This high-impact role combines executive support with HR expertise to provide strategic assistance to senior leadership while driving skill development and organizational growth through training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs; maintain organized records and confidential files.
- Anticipate administrative needs and streamline operational workflows for leadership.
- Training & Development Coordination:
- Identify skill gaps and training needs by collaborating with department heads.
- Develop, organize, and deliver training modules, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing team members.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously refine content.
- HR Collaboration:
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure that training initiatives align with broader talent management strategies.
- Maintain training records, track employee progress, and assist in succession planning efforts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- HR & Training Experience: Proven track record in creating training materials, delivering workshops, and measuring training ROI; familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate across departments, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and engage employees at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite) and basic learning management system (LMS) platforms.
Ideal Background:
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, prior HR experience focusing on training, development, and employee engagement, and experience in a healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented environment is advantageous.
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
