The Role
This position oversees day-to-day HR operations and ensures smooth execution of HR policies.
You will build and maintain strong employee relations across the organization.
Hiring, training, and leading field recruiters are essential to ensuring seamless recruitment processes.
You will set performance benchmarks, track daily progress, and motivate field recruiters to achieve targets.

Qualifications
