Job Description
As our ideal candidate, you will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. Your role will involve supporting the Global C&B lead in compensation and benefits benchmarking across various geographies. You will also assist in due diligence for existing and new international locations, ensuring seamless execution of salary adjustments and annual increments. Additionally, you will work closely with the Global mobility team to facilitate international assignments, leveraging your analytical capabilities to drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a flair for numbers, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS PPT. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data are essential. Experience in HRM systems is preferred, as well as certification in compensation and benefits. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry and full-time MBA/PGDM-HR degree holders will be given preference. Flexibility to interact with US and Europe teams is also required.
