Job Title: Customer Retention Strategist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel retention strategies across product categories to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business-as-usual activities.
  • Create personalized customer journeys across touchpoints in the customer lifecycle, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Bulletin key campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve future strategies.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify areas for improvement to optimize retention efforts.

 

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.
  • A strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and attribution tools, including Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
