  • Create a comprehensive retention plan that includes flows, automations, and campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
  • Design customer journeys that increase repeat purchases, shorten reorder cycles, and build habits that make our supplements part of a pet parent's daily routine.
  • Movetrue customers through loyalty phases—first-time → repeat → loyalist → advocate.
LTV Growth & Analytics
  • Track and optimize LTV, retention curves, churn, reorder intervals, and loyalty metrics.
  • Execute strategies to increase LTV by 30% in 60 days and 100%+ in 12 months.
  • Tie retention performance directly to cash flow and growth goals.
Copywriting & Campaign Execution
