**Channel Sales Representative Job**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Channel Sales Representative.
About the Role:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the Real Estate industry.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner personnel to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Develop joint partner planning processes to achieve mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assess and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sell through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.
- Lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs while coordinating company and partner personnel involvement.
- Ensure partner compliance with agreements.
- Drive adoption of company programs among partners.
- Recruit new qualifying partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Thorough understanding of the industry.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Flexible to travel to partner locations.
- Solution-oriented outlook.
- Ability to build lasting relationships.
