About the Opportunity

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading sales growth through strategic distribution networks to achieve market dominance within your designated territory.

Key Performance Areas
  • Sales: Drive sales targets for all products, encompassing voice-prepaid, post-paid, data, VAS, handsets, etc., by effectively executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level. Monitor the quality of acquisition through the distribution channel.
  • Competition Tracking and Reporting: Ensure the availability of stock at retail while adhering to established norms. Implement promotional activities for channel partners to boost sales and enhance market credibility.
  • Revenue: Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
  • Distribution Expansion and Optimization: Attain retail MBO expansion targets through an increase in the number of outlets in existing and new geographies.
