Job Position: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our customer service team. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

This role involves interacting with customers via phone, email, and social media platforms in a professional manner. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and queries, providing detailed information, and maintaining records of each interaction for future reference.

In addition to this, you will be required to train new employees on enhancing their skills, offer exceptional customer service, follow up with customers for further information, and take feedback from them. Your negotiation skills will also be essential in communicating terms and conditions with the customer.
