Telecaller Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Telecaller Executive to join our organization in Shilaj.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide detailed information about hospital services and doctors' availability, ensuring seamless communication at all times.
  • Maintain precise call records and update CRM/HMIS systems for efficient data management.
  • Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experience, prioritizing care and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate degree with excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory; however, basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with empathy and understanding are crucial.
