We are seeking a skilled professional to support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US. This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with established policies.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions and resolve customer service issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Recommend local experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team and promote a positive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
