We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Guest Experience Manager to support our short-term vacation rental business.

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism, always maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of guest experience managers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving booking processes and guest satisfaction, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
