Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for assisting in bank, merchant, and credit card reconciliations, as well as other financial operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Completing monthly bank reconciliations
- Completing monthly credit card reconciliations
- Reconciling and posting merchant fee statements
- Reconciling third-party payment processor statements
- Filing and recording documents and receipts
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Field (Preferred if additional to CA qualification)
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
