We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consulting firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Execution Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create work plans, track progress against deliverables, and ensure timely and high-quality output.
  2. Grant & Program Delivery: Manage grant-related deliverables, including tracking timelines, gathering data, supporting reporting, and ensuring documentation aligns with funder requirements.
  3. Partner Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including non-profits, companies, government entities, and vendors.
  4. Research & Analysis: Conduct background research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required. Synthesize findings into actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  5. Knowledge & Documentation: Assist in drafting reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs. Ensure project documentation is organized and up-to-date.
  6. Ecosystem Engagement Support: Support ecosystem engagement efforts, including event coordination, outreach to stakeholders, and tracking engagement activities.
  7. Team Coordination & Logistics: Help coordinate internal team meetings, take meeting notes, manage calendars, and support logistical needs related to consultants, events, and other operational requirements.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in the development sector
  2. An entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
  3. Ability to manage complex project deliverables
  4. Budget management skills
  5. Experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives and partnerships
  6. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  8. An impact-first approach
  9. Familiarity with public and private sectors and donor/philanthropy space
