We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our human capital strategy from our India HQ. The successful candidate will drive global HR strategy and corporate governance, serving as the executive HR leader across all regions.

Job Summary
  • The ideal candidate will establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework, including policies, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
  • This includes designing scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Global HR Leadership: Serve as the executive HR leader across all Beeontrade regions (India HQ, USA, Turkey, UAE).
  • HQ India: Corporate + Local HR: Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone, overseeing local HR operations and acting as a strategic partner to India-based executives.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, building diverse and high-performing teams, and launching company-wide training and development programs.
  • Performance & Culture: Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks, championing a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region and draft global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices.
