About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical role in our team as an Account Growth Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer success and expanding our presence across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized growth plans to meet and exceed customer performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional support and drive business expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account managers and executives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
