We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Account Growth Strategist. This key position will be responsible for driving business expansion through strategic account management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of IT services and consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Owning key accounts: identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and new logo acquisitions
- Translating client goals into delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results
- Managing service level agreements (SLAs), contract negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining a network of qualified candidates aligned with client demands, reducing time-to-fill
- Monitoring account health, pipeline performance, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and driving resolutions
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- A demonstrated history of revenue growth outcomes, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
- Contract management, negotiation, and billing/invoicing experience
- A working knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, as well as IT hiring cycles
