Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth initiatives. As a Regional Business Head for SAP/IT Staffing & Non IT- Contract Hiring, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth.
You will be the key point of contact for new client acquisition and will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue from the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- New Client Acquisition: Sales and Marketing to add MNC clients for IT/ERP Staffing.
- Maximize revenue from the region through effective sales and delivery management.
- Lead a team of IT hiring experts and develop their skills through mentoring.
- Staffing and Recruitment Delivery, including IT/SAP Contract Hiring and End-to-end Mid and Sr. level Recruitment.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in New Client Development in IT/SAP Recruitment and Contract Staffing, with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using job postings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading IT Staffing or Contract Staffing Practice.
- Experience as a Regional/Business Head (IT Staffing) is preferred.
- A hard-core sales professional with a proven track record of maximizing revenue.
- Ready to work from home full-time or part-time.
- SAP/IT Contract Staffing consultancy experience is preferred.
- Must have an IT staffing background with a deep understanding of tech skills and sourcing platforms.
- Must have entrepreneurship spirit with long-term commitment and high-level IQ and maturity.
- Strong academics records are a must.
