Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strengthen workplace culture and develop policies, frameworks, and processes that support organizational goals.
  • Maintain strict compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations, ensuring our organization remains adaptable and resilient.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Labour Law compliance, and human resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training & development.
  • Expertise in policy development, framework implementation, and process management.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Prior experience in the education industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB) or MBA in Human Resources is required.
