Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Technical Software Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of development lifecycle, SDLC processes, and guidelines, with experience working independently and efficiently within a diverse and fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain, modify, and implement new programs within existing systems and make recommendations on improving these systems.
  • Develop applications, components, and services using C#.NET, ASP.NET to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate business requirements and processes to provide accurate estimates for development efforts.
  • Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
  • Perform coding to written technical specifications and standards.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document reported defects.
  • Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Provide reasonable and fair estimates for assigned tasks, work efforts, and projects.
  • Keep current with software development trends, make suggestions, and take action on IT-related best practices, processes, and systems.
  • Guide less senior team members in both technical aspects and people skills.
  • Provide direction for new tools, technologies, and development approaches.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • .NET certification recommended.
  • Must Have: ASP.NET, MVC, Core, APIs, and backend SQL server/Oracle.
  • Angular or React experience preferred.
  • Candidates willing to learn and work with Blazor should be prioritized.

Compensation


The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. ANSR offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
