  • Manage and grow the home loan portfolio, minimizing delinquency.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams to streamline loan processing.
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor the sales team, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in Home Loan Sales with expertise in secured loan segment.
  • Strong understanding of loan servicing, mortgage operations, and credit policies.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on knowledge of loan management systems (LMS) and MS Office tools.

Preferred qualifications include Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
