Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a GM Performance Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms, focusing on lead generation, e-commerce growth, and ROI.
  2. Effectively manage and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
  3. Oversee merchant accounts, feed management tools, and other advertising platforms to drive business results.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
  5. Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering tailored strategies and measurable results for each.
  6. Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and share actionable insights with clients using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  7. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. 5+ years of paid digital marketing experience in an agency setting.
  2. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  3. At least 2 years of experience leading a team of members.
  4. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related platforms, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.
  5. Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a client-centric mindset.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
