Job Description:
The role of a Business Growth Leader is to drive the expansion and profitability of our Surety Bond business in designated regions. This involves developing and implementing effective business plans, providing guidance to teams, and collaborating with intermediaries to increase wallet share and business mix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Surety Bond business.
- Conduct regular meetings with teams to provide input and guidance on achieving agreed-upon targets and business mix.
- Design and recommend local initiatives and contests to drive business, ensuring timely reporting.
- Drive business performance in alignment with retail vertical business plans, delivering defined targets for the region.
- Collaborate with intermediaries to increase wallet share and business mix, focusing on profitability.
- Plan and deliver training sessions to enhance technical capabilities of the team, equipping them to drive business with intermediaries.
Intermediaries Management:
- Support intermediaries by recommending focus areas and guiding them to maximize revenue generated for us.
- Raise campaigns, trainings, and league programs for intermediaries in their zone to develop knowledge of specialized products and enhance sales capabilities.
- Identify underperforming intermediaries and drive business planning with assigned sales executives/ managers for alignment and focus.
- Conduct joint field calls with intermediaries to support them in closing business.
Engagement and Hiring:
Engage and hire new prospects in the given geography to increase wallet share and drive Surety Bond Business.
