Position Overview
\rWe are seeking an International Business Development Leader (IBDL) to spearhead our business growth internationally. As the IBDL, you will lead a small but impactful business growth team , working directly with the Founder & Group Leadership during international visits, industry events, and client meetings.
\rDefine and execute international business development strategy across target geographies. Drive entry into new markets by assessing opportunities, risks, and regulations. Oversee the International Client Engagement & Appointment team to ensure effective outreach and meeting schedules. Provide regular updates, market intelligence, and growth reports to the board/CTO/CEO.
\rThe ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's in Business, International Relations, or related fields (MBA preferred). A proven track record of 10–15 years of success in international business development, partnerships, or market expansion is essential. Strong global network and ability to build relationships at C-suite level are required. Deep understanding of cross-border business regulations, government projects, and B2B ecosystems is also needed.
\rKey Performance Indicators:
Successful completion of market entry plans (compliance, partnerships, local presence). Revenue & Business Growth - contribution of international business to total company revenue. Client Acquisition & Retention - client retention and repeat business percentage. Performance of the Client Engagement & Appointment team under IBDL leadership.
