Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated BDE Intern who will support our sales and growth team in identifying, connecting with, and converting leads. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of business development, client engagement, and sales strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients or partners.
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and social media.
- Assist in pitching products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and client information.
- Support the sales team in follow-ups and closing deals.
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Gather market insights and competitor analysis to aid strategy.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or related fields).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with using MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tools.
