Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Development Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic alliances with IT/OT and DCS manufacturers to integrate business and technical resources that strengthen our product ecosystem and value proposition.

You will collaborate with strategic consultants, technology partners, and internal leaders to execute business growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include building a framework for scaling existing and new alliance partners, researching and developing ancillary IT technology leaders as ecosystem and alliance partners, and providing secondary support for the overall ecosystem and alliance partner program within our Control Rooms.

Sales Collaboration and Execution

As a Business Development Strategist, you will work closely with regional sales teams to provide expertise in complex solution selling. You will serve as their Subject Matter Expert (SME) around the ecosystem and alliance partner program, supporting C-level engagements with enterprise customers to articulate the value of our IP network-based visualization, collaboration, and AI-driven control room solutions.

Industry Thought Leadership & Internal Collaboration

In this role, you will represent us at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums. You will stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, working cross-functionally with our business and technical teams to drive innovation and growth.
