The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Position: Business Development Executive / Intern
Location: Remote (servicing USA, Dubai & India markets)
Shift Options (IST):
Shift A: 11:30 AM 9:30 PM (1-hour break included)
Shift B: 5:30 PM 3:30 AM (1-hour break included)

Responsibilities
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Lead Sourcing & Sales: Identify and engage leads in the USA, Dubai, and India; manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.
Client Engagement: Conduct professional virtual outreachvia email, LinkedIn, and cold callingas well as pitch presentations.
Digital & Organic Outreach: Build pipelines using email campaigns, LinkedIn strategies, and organic funnels to drive quality leads.
Content Creation: Develop sales presentations, scripts, and short-form video content to enhance branding and conversion strategies.
Team Mentoring: Train and guide interns or junior staff to optimize outreach and sales pipeline effectiveness.
Process Enhancement: Analyze and refine lead-to-conversion funnels to consistently improve performance.
Target focus Execution: work in marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive coordinated business development efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent experience in Business
Experience: 2 to 3+ years in business development, digital/IT sales, or comparable roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sales Proficiency: Strong track record in full-cycle sales and deal closing.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong client presentation capabilities.
Global business Acumen: Experience withor adaptable toenvironments in the USA, Dubai, and India.
Shift Flexibility: Available for either of the two specified shifts (11:30 AM9:30 PM or 5:30 PM3:30 AM IST).
Content Skills: Capable of creating visual, written, and video-based marketing materials.
Leadership: Comfortable mentoring junior staff and building team capability.
Research & Analysis: Proficient in market and competitor analysis.
Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven toward achieving targets.
