Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Administrative Manager. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who excels in leading teams and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage regional administrative activities, including day-to-day operations and incident management
  • Develop and implement strategies for team members' scope and Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • Communicate and coordinate with senior management to establish program and project goals
  • Maintain direct reporting lines to the Zonal Admin Head – TCSiON on ongoing activities and incidents
  • Monitor and report key project activities, plans, and progress
  • Oversee call and discussion management
  • End-to-end administration of exam days and non-exam days, as well as team coordination
  • Ensure zero incidents related to administrative services on exam days
  • Support recruitment, training, and talent development of team members
  • Establish control and monitoring mechanisms for the Admin Team within the region
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the Admin Team within the region
  • Standardize processes across all exam venues
  • Manage regional vendors, support the Zonal Head in finalizing contracts, and vendor invoicing
  • Publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters to the Zonal Admin Head and Senior Management on demand
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all facility-related matters at the regional level
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements/Service Level Commitments (SLA/SLC) at Exam Venues
  • Exert governance over ViDZ/LISP partners through regular meetings and closure of audit points
  • Manage contracts
  • Assist in shortlisting potential partners/venues identified by city heads based on defined parameters within the region
  • Maintain and monitor legal compliances for all venues
  • Prepare and deploy contingency/Business Continuity Plans (BCP)
  • Conduct surprise checks at exam venues
  • Handle crisis situations
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with manpower agencies
  • Conduct audits of exam venues
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Technical knowledge of electrical equipment
  • Experience in soft services facility management
  • Experience in facility operations and management
  • A proven track record of team management
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure
  • Willingness to travel
  • Effective liaisoning with local government departments and police authorities
  • Knowledge of laws related to facility compliance and operations
  • Vendor management skills
  • Ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned work
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
