Job Title: Operations Leadership

Livspace is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to drive its operations team forward. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with design and production teams to meet committed timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal stakeholders such as Finance, Vendor teams, Installer teams to ensure support in meeting customer promised timelines and quality standards.
  • Owning the customer experience from project booking till handover.
  • Acting as the highest point of escalation for region-specific issues.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for faster issue resolution.
  • Being a people manager, empowering existing team, and hiring talents to strengthen regional team.
  • Ensuring adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for standardized customer experience.

Required Expertise and Qualifications:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
