The Regional Manager position is responsible for driving student enrollments from Intermediate students and Junior Colleges/Coaching Centres in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions & Outreach:
  • Plan and execute targeted admission drives to engage with +1 & +2 students at Junior Colleges and Coaching Centres.
  • Achieve set targets for Engineering and other programs by utilizing effective outreach strategies.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term partnerships with college principals, lecturers, coaching heads, and consultants.
  • Strengthen alumni/student ambassador engagement within the region.
  • Represent KL University as the regional representative to build trust and visibility.
  • Marketing & Promotions:
  • Coordinate regional marketing activities in sync with central campaigns.
  • Organize education fairs, scholarship tests, bridge courses, and career workshops in Junior Colleges.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Manage and guide admission counsellors/executives in the region.
  • Ensure timely reporting of inquiries, leads, and conversion metrics.
  • Student & Parent Engagement:
  • Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students/parents.
  • Create awareness about emerging fields like AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, and Robotics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Management preferred); MBA desirable.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational business development.
  • Strong network and relationships with Junior Colleges and Coaching Institutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
