As a Regional Head, you will lead the overall procurement and inputs function and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Milk Procurement Strategy: Develop a plan to increase milk procurement volume while ensuring quality standards are met.
- New Chilling Centers Setup: Plan and execute the establishment of new chilling centers, ensuring efficient infrastructure management.
- Milk Quality Improvement: Monitor and improve milk quality by achieving average fat and SNF percentages in line with targets.
- Cost Optimization: Implement measures to optimize resources and minimize expenses.
- Farmer Network Development: Foster strong relationships with farmers to develop a robust network that supports their needs and ensures a steady milk supply.
- Feed Supplements and Veterinary Services: Source high-quality feed supplements and veterinary services to support dairy farm health and productivity.
- Food Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure all facilities and processes adhere to stringent food safety and quality standards.
- Team Performance Management: Lead and manage teams effectively, driving performance and achievement of set goals.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager is required, with a working knowledge of English language essential for effective communication with local stakeholders.
