Business Growth Strategist
LSI Group is a category-1 Merchant Banker with a pan-India presence, offering comprehensive services in financial advisory, engineering, resolution, and valuation.
We prioritize creating knowledge pools on economically significant topics and have built substantial expertise across sectors. Our areas of expertise include Debt Syndication, Financial & debt restructuring, M&A Advisory, Engineering Consultancy-PMC Services, and Valuation Services.
Key Responsibilities:- To drive the growth of the product department (TEV, LIE, ASM & Valuation) within the Mumbai location
- To secure mandates from Banks, FIs, NBFCs, ARCs, PEs for products from the region earmarked
- To develop strong relationships with various PSU and Private Banks, FIs, NBFCs
- To finalise commercial terms for mandates in consultation with the respective Vertical head
- Coordination with the execution team for the execution of the mandates as per agreed timelines
- To be the single point of contact for clients
- Market Analysis & staying up-to-date on current market happenings
- To ensure timely submission of final reports and coordination with the team to raise invoices and submit them to clients
- To collect payments for the mandates generated
- To gather sectoral knowledge
- To keep bankers updated on new research reports/insights published by LSI
- To achieve targets set for the timeline
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in business development for advisory reports of TEV, LIE, ASM, and Valuation, along with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality.
