Job Title: Strategic Growth Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Strategic Growth Specialist to drive client acquisition in the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer core accounting services. You must have a deep understanding of accounting principles and a proven ability to use a consultative sales approach to build relationships and close new deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities in the financial services sector

  • Offer core accounting services such as financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and present tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management
  • Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proactive and results-driven
