
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our front-end teams in Nashik.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes by performing a range of tasks that require strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare, process, and manage various documents, including reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Perform quality checks on data and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
