**Administrative Support Role Overview:**

This is a critical position in our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement and inventory management, vendor liaison services, and ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities and equipment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems, supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and assets effectively
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Maintain records of bills, payments, and vendor contracts in a secure and organized manner
  • Coordinate company travel arrangements and meeting logistics
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and filing systems are maintained
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitor and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in office administration or operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of office budgeting principles and vendor negotiation techniques
  • Familiarity with office management software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
