Job Title: Academic Support Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our academic programs. As an Academic Support Professional, you will work closely with faculty members to provide administrative assistance, coordinate course materials, and facilitate student engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong academic background, and experience in working with sport-related projects or programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to faculty members, including coordinating course materials, managing attendance, and facilitating class participation.
  • Develop and implement quizzes, assignments, and grading rubrics in collaboration with faculty members.
  • Evaluate student submissions, manage LMS, and conduct lab sessions or tutorial sessions as required.
  • Assist students with course concepts, clarify doubts, and manage faculty hours.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Sport Management preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in working with sport-related projects or programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
