Academic Leadership Position

The Head of Academics plays a pivotal role in driving academic excellence at our institution. This leadership position oversees the development and implementation of educational programs, ensuring they align with the school's standards and goals.

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting teaching staff, developing instructional programs, assessing educational practices, and guaranteeing regulatory compliance.

Additionally, this role involves coordinating with other departments to plan and execute school-wide initiatives and events, providing professional development opportunities for staff, and monitoring student progress to ensure academic achievement.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess experience in curriculum development and instructional design, as well as proven leadership and management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while leading a team effectively are also essential qualities for this position.

Candidates with a Master's degree in Education or a related field are preferred but not required.
