
Global Call Center Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, responding to queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts, and providing real-time solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong problem-solving ability and empathy under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Respond to customer queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts.
- Provide real-time solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Log interactions accurately in CRM tools or internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or supervisor.
- Meet defined service metrics such as response time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company guidelines for data protection.
Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc.).
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer service/BPO.
- Communication Skills:
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
- Good written English for documentation and basic email/chat interactions.
Key Skills:
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, internet usage).
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure.
