Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through channel partners.

Key responsibilities include building, developing, and managing relationships with channel partners; leveraging existing networks to generate leads and close deals; identifying, onboarding, and engaging new channel partners to expand the sales network; conducting regular partner meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maximize productivity; tracking and managing leads/opportunities through CRM systems; collaborating with internal teams to create sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and partner engagement activities; driving business by planning and executing field visits, partner events, and customer interactions; and monitoring and analyzing partner performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in sourcing and managing business through channel partners within the real estate sector;
  • Strong network of channel partners in Mumbai, especially across the Western Line, is a significant advantage;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior;
  • Excellent communication skills fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required; additional languages are a plus;
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork;
  • A go-getter with a flexible, outcome-focused approach.
